Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• No formal education required, but some roles may need on-the-job training.
• Experience in general labor preferred (hospitality, production, warehouse, auto auction, waste removal, flagging).
• Valid driver’s license may be required for auto auction drivers.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality: assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance; Front/Back of House and housekeeping tasks.
• Production: assist manufacturing, operate machinery, quality checks.
• Warehouse: load/unload, inventory management, keep workspace clean.
• Auto Auction Driver: safely drive and park vehicles for auctions.
• Waste Removal: participate in waste collection and recycling.
• Flagging: direct traffic around sites to ensure safety.
