Job summary

Walker Distribution and Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled General Handyman/Maintenance Technician to handle light commercial and industrial maintenance and renovation.

The ideal candidate is self-sufficient and comfortable moving between plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, and finish work without supervision. You will diagnose problems, source materials, manage work orders, and maintain a clean, safe job site while coordinating with ownership and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring).
• Working knowledge of basic code requirements (even if not licensed).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, kneel/crouch for extended periods.
