Job summary

The State of Wyoming is seeking a flexible team player to be the backbone of our kitchen operations in Buffalo. You will support the team across meal delivery, inventory management, and dishwashing, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0-6 months of progressive work experience in Food Services, or 1-2 years substituting experience in Food Services.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine tasks and food preparation in the operation of the food service department.
• Follows recipes and assists with meal preparation, including texturing food for modified diets.
• Serves clients and staff at the serving line.
• Monitors freezer temperatures to ensure proper storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes the kitchen and dining area.
• Responsible for inventory control and management.
