Job summary

Roskam Foods in the Grand Rapids area is seeking dedicated production line operators to support multiple packaging lines. You will follow GMP/HACCP guidelines, operate checkweighers, metal detectors, and X-ray machines, and perform basic troubleshooting.

You will also complete required paperwork with guidance from the Foreman and Quality Tech. Join a team that values safety, reliability, and cross-training.

Qualifications

• Follow all elements of Food Safety to ensure GMP, HACCP and proper packaging standards.
• Trained in HACCP and designated CCPs for the line.
• Adhere to GMP principles at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned packaging lines and ensure efficient production.
• Complete required paperwork with supervisor and quality tech support.
• Keep machines clean and inspect equipment before/after runs.
• Train new/current employees on equipment under supervision.
• Communicate clearly with production leadership and other departments.
