A general farm background and mechanical aptitude are preferred, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to varied tasks. You’ll be joining a team that values reliability, a strong work ethic, and initiative.

Qualifications

• General farm background preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
• Dependable team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willing to pitch in with crop production, livestock, fencing, and general farm upkeep.
• Able to operate farm equipment safely and follow directions.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to assist with maintenance and repairs preferred.
• Comfortable working around cattle and helping with feeding and care.
