Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and five years’ experience in building maintenance.
• Excellent skill in the use of hand and power tools.
• Must possess a valid Iowa driver’s license and be insurable to drive.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving more than 50 pounds.
• CMMS and BAS experience is a plus.
