Four Seasons is seeking a bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our luxury setting in Philadelphia. This part-time role sits within the Food & Beverage team and reports to the Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of bartending experience or related hospitality experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food handling and alcohol service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Deliver attentive and engaging service to guests at the bar and lounge.
• Provide recommendations and knowledge of beverages and menu offerings.
• Enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area.
• Assist with inventory management and garnishes preparation.

About The Role

The Bartender is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through expert beverage preparation and personalized service. This role is part of the Food & Beverage team and reports to the Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager. The Bartender serves as a knowledgeable ambassador of the restaurant and beverage program, ensuring every guest interaction reflects luxury hospitality standards.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Deliver attentive and engaging service to guests seated at the bar and lounge areas.
• Provide recommendations and share knowledge of beverages, ingredients, and menu offerings.
• Accurately enter orders and process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions using the POS system.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and preparation of garnishes and beverage components.

What You Bring
