Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate transactions preferred.
• Experience with HUD-1/CD preparation, title review, title clearing, client relations, closing scheduling, and general office tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Vermont real estate law, title review, and closing procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to client service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and commercial real estate closings in Vermont.
• Draft, review, and approve legal documents related to real estate transactions (deeds, affidavits, settlement statements, titles, etc.).
• Provide legal guidance to staff, lenders, agents, and clients regarding Vermont real estate law and closing procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and professional regulations.
• Ensure proper execution and delivery of closing documents.
• Participate in business development efforts and support the growth of our Vermont operations.
