Job summary

Stewart’s Shops in Vermont is expanding its Hauling Department. We are a growing convenience store chain serving NY, VT, NH. We hire Class A CDL drivers to shuttle loads between our Distribution Center in Saratoga Springs and our hub in St. Albans, VT.

Full-time, steady work with excellent benefits. The role requires a CDL, clean driving record, ability to travel between St. Albans and Saratoga, strong communication with the hauling team, DOT compliance, and willingness to work a rotating 4 days

Qualifications

• Class A CDL license required.
• Clean safety and driving record.
• Ability to travel between St. Albans, VT and Saratoga, NY.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Hauling Department and other drivers.
• Comply with DOT requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle loads between Distribution Center in Saratoga Springs and hub in St. Albans, VT.
• Maintain safe driving practices and DOT compliance.
• Coordinate with Hauling Department and other drivers.
• Work a rotating schedule with 4 days on/2 days off, including weekends.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and safety.

Our Hauling Department is hiring for Class A CDL drivers to shuttle loads between our Distribution Center in Saratoga Springs and hub in St. Albans, VT. Requirements:

• Class A CDL License.
• Possess a clean safety and driving record.
• Ability to travel from St. Albans, VT to Saratoga, NY and return to St. Albans, VT.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Hauling Department and other drivers.
• Comply with DOT requirements and standards.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full time position available.
• 5pm start time with 8-10-hour shifts.
• Rotating work schedule (4 days on/2 days off) includes weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with the schedule is a must.
• Starting pay range is $27-28/hour, plus an additional $1.50/hour night differential.
• OT as available.
• Quarterly safe driving bonus.
