Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC seeks a Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer to support executive-level IT and legal programs in Los Angeles. The role emphasizes configuring, monitoring, and automating maintenance, with a focus on data integrity and compliance for government discovery initiatives.

Responsibilities include maintenance, migrations, alert handling, and SLA-driven incident response, along with cloud migration planning and remote system management where applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
• Experience in supporting Windows Server environments, both physical and virtualized.
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery platform administration (Veritas or comparable).
• Proficient in scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical meetings to support program objectives.
• Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot systems using engineering docs.
• Record configuration changes through the change control board.
• Process storage requests, migrations and decommission tasks.
• Monitor components and coordinate vendor/site support as needed.
• Respond to alerts with prompt corrective actions and escalations.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure data integrity.
