Qualifications

• US citizenship is required and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance may be required.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of ASIC and/or FPGA engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing verification team through recruiting, interviews, and hiring recommendations.
• Lead program execution across assigned programs, identifying technical, schedule, and staffing risks and removing obstacles.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct technical reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with engineering experts.
• Develop engineers and future leaders through coaching, performance discussions, and career guidance.
• Lead cross-functional execution with ASIC/FPGA design, systems engineering, software, and program management.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, onboarding, documentation, and metrics.
• Support engineering excellence by ensuring tools, resources, access, approvals, and environment.
