Job summary

Boeing Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems is seeking multiple ASIC/FPGA Design Verification Engineers (Lead or Senior) to join Boeing Electronic Products in El Segundo or Huntington Beach, CA. Candidates should have strong SystemVerilog and UVM capabilities, and be prepared to mentor teams and drive verification strategy.

The role is 100% onsite with opportunities across space, satellites, NASA missions, and aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship with ability to obtain a US Security Clearance; interim/final Secret clearance post-start.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 9+ years in ASIC/FPGA/SoC verification, or BS/MS with 7+ years experience.
• Strong SystemVerilog experience for simulation testbench development and RTL debugging.
• Fluent UVM experience including environment development.
• 2+ projects standing up verification environments and reusable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own verification scope and contribute to verification planning, requirements traceability, simulation, integration, and closure.
• Define verification objectives and measurable closure criteria; apply coverage and traceability metrics.
• Develop SystemVerilog/UVM environments and reusable verification infrastructure with minimal support.
• Mentor engineers and lead verification teams or workstreams as needed.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting across RTL, testbench, firmware/software, integration, and specification boundaries.
