Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol - Venue in Seattle, WA to serve and safeguard clients across venues and cultural institutions. You will patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, assist guests and staff, and report incidents with professionalism.

This full-time position offers daytime and evening shifts, a pay rate of $23.80 per hour, and access to Allied Universal’s training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to guests, performers, staff, and visitors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols in public and event spaces.
• Monitor visitor activity and assist with directions during events.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site leadership as needed.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately for records.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, performers, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout public areas, event spaces, backstage areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor visitor activity, assist with directions and event-related inquiries, and help maintain orderly entry and exit flow during performances and special events.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
