Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Manager – Venue Security to lead the security department for US Concerts. You will protect guests, employees and artists, guard against theft, and help control costs while delivering guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with leadership to enforce policies, supervise staff, and ensure compliant operations across the venue. You will investigate incidents, coordinate with management, and produce reports while maintaining safety across all venue areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to execute programs with teamwork and good judgment.
• Physical ability to walk, climb stairs and lift 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and laws.
• Monitor entrances and guard against theft and security breaches.
• Visually monitor venue areas and take corrective action when needed.
• Investigate and resolve security complaints and interact with guests.
• Supervise staff, organize meetings, and schedule tasks.
• Write activity reports and oversee safety of doors, windows and gates.
