Poseidon is seeking an energetic on-site representative to host the immersive BEAUTIFICA show at our partner venue. You will welcome guests, check in attendees, assist with merchandise, and help ensure a smooth, engaging experience for audiences.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy with customer service experience, comfortable using iPhone apps (WhatsApp), upbeat, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with venue staff and guests. Shifts are Sundays 1:30 PM to 7:15 PM as shown in the schedule.

This is a US based position and the successful applicant will be hired into one of Poseidon's US-based partner companies.

We're looking for energetic people to join our team hosting the immersive show BEAUTIFICA. You will be working as an on-site rep and our company ambassador to the venue staff team and audience. This is a part-time employment position. BEAUTIFICA will run at the planetarium as long as there is a demand for seats. Our ideal candidate would be tech-savvy, have customer service experience, social media knowledge, and an upbeat, positive personality.

WORLDS shows are fully immersive music and art cinematic projection shows for planetariums and giant screen theaters designed to relieve stress, evoke joy, happiness, and relaxation.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up/taking down our lobby setup to include: signage, check-in table, and merchandise
• Welcoming and checking in our audiences, answering guests' questions
• Merchandise inventory and sales
• Overall event facilitation, ensuring a smooth guest experience
• Offering suggestions or comments on how we can do better
• Communication: this role requires timely communication with our Venue Operations team

Great communication skills are a MUST for this position.
