Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Venue Operations Lead to manage a core production venue in the Santa Clara Valley.

The role focuses on planning, end-to-end production, guest journeys, and ensuring flawless event execution across state-of-the-art facilities within the Apple ecosystem. You will interface with cross-functional partners, production vendors, and the Places team to maintain facility operations, safety standards, and city guidelines while supporting load-in and load-out activities and event

Qualifications

• 5+ years of venue management experience.
• Ability to create and execute high-level operational plans for production facilities or venues.
• Experience with live events, film productions, or theatre is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite Operations lead in Santa Clara Valley for day-to-day venue operations.
• Be the main onsite operations contact for events in this market.
• Contribute to and align with the facilities operations manual and Worldwide Events processes.
• Interface with Apple cross-functional partners and production vendors to follow processes.
• Coordinate with Worldwide Events team and other partners including production, Places, Networking, Health & Safety, PR, PM.
• Support all aspects of events from planning, load-in, load-out and execution; prepare preplanning docs and schedules.
• Liaise with Places Team to ensure venue is operated and cared for as per guidelines.
• Participate in production and operations meetings to support initiatives.
• Ensure events and projects adhere to city guidelines and Apple EHS standards.
