Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership experience in venue management, performing arts, convention center management, or entertainment.
• Ten+ years of experience preferred in venue management, performing arts, convention center management, or entertainment.
• Knowledge of basic accounting, billing, and settlement preferred.
• Expert knowledge of customer service preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of sales, donor management, marketing, and related areas preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of venue ticketing and box office management preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of house management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Performing Arts Center (PAC), Hollenbeck Bayley Creative Arts and Conference Center (HBC), and related venues.
• Direct facilities maintenance, safety, and equipment upgrades to ensure efficient operations.
• Support programming to deliver a balanced, collaborative, financially viable season of arts and educational activities.
• Increase PAC visibility and engagement with internal/external communities and economic development efforts.
• Support fundraising through grants, donor cultivation, and sponsorship activities.
• Develop and manage operating budgets in line with college policies and reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan campaigns and maintain media relationships.
• Develop and evaluate rental policies and maintain strong relationships with renters.
• Support Clark State events across locations and act as manager-on-duty for events.
• All other duties assigned by supervisor.
