Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue Merchandise Seller to manage a point-of-sale stand at a concert venue. You will prepare the stand before events, count inventory before and after shows, and assist fans with merchandise details.

Responsibilities include handling cash and card transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining the stand during events while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs with proper lifting techniques.
• Reliable transportation to the venue.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and thorough customer service to fans.
• Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases at the POS.
• Handle guest credit/debit cards and transactions.
• Prepare your merchandise stand before events so items are visible for sale.
• Inventory all items before and after events.
• Assist fans with pricing and sizing information.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain the stand throughout the event.
• Engage in the venue’s sustainability program and educate fans about it.
