Prior retail exposure is a plus, with an emphasis on fast-paced service and accuracy in transactions. Eligible candidates will be able to lift items, stand for extended periods, and maintain a high level of customer communication.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and merchandise transactions.
• Ability to count and reconcile inventory before and after events.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and thorough customer service to fans.

• Set up the merchandise stand before events and display items clearly.
• Count inventory before and after shows and ensure accurate totals.
• Assist fans with product details, pricing, and sizing.
• Ring up merchandise accurately to match display guidelines.
