Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue Merchandise Seller for the Gorge Amphitheatre. You will be assigned to a merchandise stand, handle inventory before and after events, and manage cash with the POS system. Your role includes assisting fans and maintaining an engaging display during shows.

Ideal candidates will have cash handling experience, strong communication skills, and the stamina to work up to 12 hours per shift in a busy, energetic venue setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work up to 12 hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must have cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and thorough customer service at the point of sale.
• Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases.
• Handle guest credit/debit cards and related transactions.
• Prepare merchandise stand display before event starts.
• Inventory count before and after each show.
• Assist fans with pricing and sizing information.
• Work in a fast-paced, loud but exciting environment.
• Maintain the stand throughout the event duration.
• Participate in venue sustainability and recycling efforts.
