Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a part-time Housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the facility, enabling a welcoming environment for entertainers, guests, patrons, and staff. You will support event readiness and collaborate across departments to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.

The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $11.85 to $16.00, with opportunities for 401(k) savings and matching.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail across multiple facility areas.
• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, contractors, and guests.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Must be able to regularly lift and move heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance of the facility and assets.
• Work with general instructions and minimal supervision.
• Assist in ensuring venues’ cleanliness and day-to-day janitorial needs.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, polishers, shampooers.
• Maintain spaces and fixtures including floors, walls, restrooms, offices, and lobbies.
• Establish cooperative working relationships with staff, contractors, and facility users.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a service-oriented environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
