Job summary

Topgolf Huntsville, AL is seeking a General Manager who owns the venue's full P&L, drives revenue and guest experience, and builds a high-performing leadership team across golf, food & beverage, and events.

You will set the direction, lead from the floor, manage budgets, partner with local businesses, and ensure safety and compliance while working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality, entertainment, or multi-revenue operations.
• 2-5+ years as a General Manager with full P&L ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the business with revenue, labor, costs, and overall profitability.
• Build and execute the annual operating plan with clear financial targets and priorities.
• Manage the P&L with intention, understanding how each part of the business contributes to results.
• Forecast, identify trends early, and act decisively to protect and grow the business.
• Drive new revenue through partnerships, events, and local market opportunities.
• Lead guest experience and build a high-performing leadership team.
• Represent the brand by building relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Ensure compliance and safety across the venue.
