This role requires 5+ years of multi-unit venue management in high-volume settings, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain required licenses. If you want to become a General Manager by doing the work, this is where that path begins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit venue management in high-volume settings.
• 2+ years as an Assistant General Manager or GM in a multi-unit operation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead venue operations, overseeing department managers and teams.
• Protect standards, staffing, guest and team safety.
• Forecast and manage sales and expenses across departments.
