Job summary

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily FOH operations at the Winstar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, OK. You will drive staff performance, manage P&L, and ensure an outstanding guest experience across food and beverage outlets.

The role requires a BS in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent and at least 2 years in fine dining hospitality. Competitive salary with strong benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

College degree is preferred; BS in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
Minimum of 2 years hospitality experience in a fine dining restaurant.
Chickasaw Vendor gaming badge approval required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate FOH staff to ensure prompt, courteous service.
Address guest queries and advise on menus and beverages; respond to complaints promptly.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure shifts are covered.
Maintain high quality of food preparation and service.
Manage daily/weekly/monthly inventory and coordinate with purchasing.
Adhere to standards to increase sales and control costs.
Maintain professional restaurant image and cleanliness.
Handle invoices, reporting and HR/payroll tasks accurately.
Oversee cleaning tasks per health standards.
Foster a cooperative work climate and strong employee morale.
Ensure a safe guest and staff environment; report incidents promptly.
Attend weekly operations meetings and assist with catering events.
