Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support front-of-house operations at the Winstar World Casino. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, training teams, and ensuring compliance with service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to obtain a Winstar Vendor Gaming badge.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff while interacting directly with customers.
• Maintain high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train and educate staff on responsible service.
• Conduct physical audits of inventory.
