Job summary

14TENN is seeking a Venue Event Captain to lead onsite operations and guest experience for each event. You will be the primary venue representative during shifts, overseeing hospitality, beverage service, and coordination with vendors to ensure flawless execution.

The role is part-time with potential for more hours based on event volume. Candidates should have bartending experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality, event, venue, or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Leadership or shift lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite venue representative during assigned event shifts.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to clients, guests, vendors, and event partners.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize disruptions and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Support operations lead in executing events according to company standards and client expectations.
• Assist with event flow and operational priorities as needed.
