The Venue Coordinator at Huntsville Botanical Garden collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to deliver memorable events while upholding the Garden’s mission. You’ll plan, prepare, and organize events after rental agreements, including private gatherings, weddings, corporate functions, and more.

The Venue Coordinator will work collaboratively with internal partners and external vendors to execute events with the guest experience and Garden mission at top of mind. This position will plan, prepare and organize assigned events once the client has completed a venue rental agreement. Including but not limited to organizing private, corporate, weddings, receptions, business meetings, parties, luncheons, and more.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, business management, or a related field; or four years of relevant experience in customer service, event coordination, hospitality, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience in the role of Venue Host preferred.
