Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and promote venue amenities and upgrades.
• Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of ancillary areas (lawn chair rentals, signage, Fast Lane entry, merchandise hubs).
• Handle sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems or handheld devices.
• Maintain inventory counts of ancillary products before, during and after events.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and stocked; communicate with Ancillary Manager and other departments.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving minor issues.
• Assist with end-of-shift reconciliations, equipment returns, and reporting as directed.
• Follow all venue, company, and safety policies and procedures.
