Entegris is seeking a Senior Principal, Corporate Ventures to lead venture investments across select mid-stage startups in the Semiconductor and Electronics markets. You will shape fund strategy, sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management while partnering with Technology Innovation, ER&D, Business Development, and new semi solutions teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Technology, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering, complemented by an MBA; or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Strategy.
• 12–15 years in high-technology, business development, or finance.
• 3+ years in Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
