- Ability to analyze problems logically and propose solutions; risk awareness.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening deals through a broad network in NA and beyond.
- Develop investment memoranda and lead negotiation of terms.
- Monitor portfolio companies and coordinate value-adding actions.
- Lead exit strategies and execution with portfolio companies.
- Train and mentor corporate professionals involved in investments.
- Provide periodic portfolio performance updates to HQ and management.
