Qualifications

• Graduate in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• GPA of 3.2 or above.
• Interest in private markets and venture capital.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analysis of company, manager and performance models.
• Conduct company, manager and industry research.
• Participate in due diligence calls with management and General Partners.
• Assist in all aspects of the transaction (fund, direct or secondary).
• Communicate investment recommendations through memos and summaries.
• Develop and maintain proprietary transaction and market intelligence.
• Support investment monitoring analyses for the team.
