You will handle substantive corporate matters with a platform that spans major venture and tech corridors, while enjoying substantial responsibility and access to seasoned practitioners.

California compensation ranges from $260,000 to $365,000, plus discretionary bonus and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience at a comparable law firm with meaningful exposure to venture financings and emerging company work.
• Comfortable managing deal documents and closings, keeping multiple workstreams moving.
• Strong writing, judgment, and quantitative skills are expected; Excel fluency matters in this role.

Responsibilities

• Advise innovative companies across formation, venture financings, day-to-day corporate matters, and M&A.
• Manage deal documents and closings, coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Communicate directly with founders, executives, investors, and opposing counsel.
