Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years of experience in venture capital or private equity.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reporting packages for five fund entities.
• Prepare quarterly portfolio company valuations.
• Forecast weekly cash flows at fund level.
• Manage the annual audit for all funds.
• Maintain fund and management company general ledgers.

Skills

Experience in venture capital or private equity

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar major
