Morrison Foerster is seeking a Senior Attorney Recruiting Specialist to support the Emerging Companies + Venture Capital practice in U.S. markets. You will help shape the attorney talent pipeline for startups, growth companies, and venture-backed clients.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of significant experience in emerging companies and venture capital work.
• Experience with seed and venture financings using NVCA documents.
• Some experience with domestic M&A for startups and investors.
• Ability to concisely communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
• Admitted to the state bar where practicing or eligible for waiver.
