Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Part Time Clinical Consultant to support cases, manage patients, and educate accounts within an assigned region. The role emphasizes ventricular medical device education across ICU, OR, and Cath Lab settings, with on-call and weekend commitments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in CICU/CVICU/CVOR or Cath Lab, RN/APP background, and substantial ventricular device experience (≥10 cases). Some travel and live field days per month are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) license strongly preferred.
• Perfusionists and cardiovascular specialists are also preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience with a strong clinical background in CICU/CVICU/CVOR or Cath Lab required; CVICU preferred.
• Significant experience with ventricular medical devices (minimum 10 cases/patients supported).
• Must provide a minimum of 2 live support days per field with total 5 days per month, including 1 weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and demonstrate knowledge of products/therapies and their applications.
• Improve patient outcomes with ventricular device education in ICU, OR, and Cath Lab.
• Provide ventricular device case support, including on-call duties.
• Complete proactive rounds for patients receiving support and provide assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Support Center for ongoing support.
• Maintain up-to-date competency on current product lines and education.
• Some travel may be needed.
