Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care to ventilator-dependent patients, including assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to inform clinical decisions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes.
