Qualifications

• RRT or CRT qualification required.
• Massachusetts licensure needed.
• BLS certification must be current.
• 1+ years of critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients.
• Monitor patients’ respiratory condition during transport.
• Assist with Bronchoscopies and intubations.
• Document care accurately in EMR.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.

Skills

Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Service excellence to patients and staff

Excellent bedside manner

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

Massachusetts state licensure in Respiratory Therapy

Current BLS certification

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

Degree or high school diploma in clinical field
