Freres Lumber Co., Inc. in Lyons, Oregon is seeking a Green Veneer Offbearer Trainee for Plant 1. This on‑the‑job training role offers full‑time swing shifts with a starting wage of $21.54 per hour plus a shift differential. You will pull, sort, and stack green veneer by quality to prep for plywood/engineered wood processes.

No prior experience needed; we provide full training. Responsibilities include stacking precisely for transport and collaborating with team members across departments.

Responsibilities

• Green Veneer Offbearer Trainees pull, sort and stack veneer by quality (grade) and place the different grades into carts.
• The wood must be stacked precisely as it will be transported to other departments.
• Must be able to take direction, listen, learn and work well with others.
