Job summary

Redwood Coast Regional Center seeks a Vendorization and Rates Coordinator to vendor new services, adjust vendorizations, establish rates, and maintain agency/vendor records for RCRC clients.

This role requires collaboration with the Director of Community Services, staff, and the State Department of Developmental Services, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and data integrity. The position also supports contract completion and staff training on vendorization changes.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; an associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Four years of related administrative, records, contracts, or data entry experience; contract writing experience desired.
• Knowledge of office methods, computers, word processing and database software; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Vendorize new services and adjust vendorizations; establish rates and maintain vendor/service records.
• Assist in contract development, review, disbursement, and filing; ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Fiscal Department to ensure accurate data exchange and support in audits; provide training on vendorization regulations.
