Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a finance, markets, or risk role.
• Knowledge of capital markets, including derivatives and/or repo.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess the financial strength of hedge funds by performing fundamental counterparty analysis.
• Evaluate derivatives and financing transactions across Global Banking & Markets clients. Review and approve risk in a fast-paced environment while ensuring appropriate mitigants in place to minimize losses in event of counterparty default.
• Perform counterparty reviews, including recommending appropriate internal risk rating for each counterparty and setting credit limits.
• Review and negotiate various trading documents across business lines (Prime Brokerage, Futures, ISDA, MRA, etc)
