Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, law, or a related field.
• Exposure to legal/compliance/regulatory or accounting controls concepts.
• Experience in project-based or team settings.
• Strong attention to detail with a self-directed work style.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with SharePoint.
• Interest in AI tools like Claude.
• Located near the Cypress Waters office in Coppell, TX.

Responsibilities

• Support project and change management efforts.
• Perform gap analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve vendor risk processes.
• Deliver reports, analyze metrics and summarize information to drive the team's progress.
• Help ensure accuracy and completeness in manual processes and documentation.
• Identify and share creative ideas, including new technologies and AI-enabled approaches, to improve workflows.
• Assist in creating materials and presentations for meetings.
• Learn about the business by attending meetings, huddles and trainings.
