Job summary

ULE Group is seeking a motivated Vendor Relations/Pricing Analyst to support vendor relationships, sourcing, and pricing initiatives across the organization. This role will work directly with vendors and manufacturers to manage communication, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, evaluate rebate and incentive programs, and maintain accurate vendor and pricing information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree a plus.
• Entry-level; prior customer service or purchasing experience helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn ERP and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day vendor communications and follow-up with vendors/manufacturers.
• Support pricing requests, availability, and product information gathering.
• Document negotiated terms, pricing, and terms communicated to stakeholders.
• Maintain organized vendor records, product information, and vendor documentation.
• Enter and update vendor and purchasing information in the ERP system (Epicor-Solar Eclipse).
• Help research basic discrepancies in pricing, quantities, deliveries, or order information.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure accurate vendor data.
• Review pricing for potential discrepancies or opportunities and assist with margin reporting.
• Participate in training to learn products, terminology, and purchasing procedures.
