Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Vendor Merchandise Assistant to support the merchandise and planning organization by building and managing relationships with external vendors, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting contractual obligations.

You will manage vendor communications, pricing/retail oversight, product/SKU management, and track performance with monthly reports; collaborate with internal partners to drive efficiencies and improvements across vendor workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field required.
• 1+ years of experience in vendor management, merchandising, or related areas preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Experience tracking and reporting key metrics (sales, margins, turns) and building scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Manage external vendor relations within Merchandise & Planning.
• Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and meetings.
• Pricing/Retail management across systems and Ecommerce.
• Product and SKU management across systems.
• Serve as bridge between vendors and internal teams; manage orders, test management, and asset exposure.
• Monitor vendor performance and provide monthly reports (vendor scorecards).
