Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest diamond jewelry retailer, seeks a Vendor Merchandise Assistant to manage external vendor relations and support planning initiatives. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage product setups, pricing, and SKUs, and drive efficiency across vendor processes to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Merchandising and Planning teams, prepare monthly performance reports, and contribute to risk management and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in vendor management, merchandising, buying support, allocation/planning, supply chain, or retail operations.
• Experience with product/SKU setup, pricing updates, and item attributes in enterprise systems.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Experience tracking and reporting key metrics and building scorecards.
• Ability to identify risks and communicate recommendations to partners and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage external vendor relations within the Merchandise and Planning organization.
• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to improve efficiencies.
• Price/retail management across internal systems and Ecommerce.
• Product and SKU management across all systems.
• Act as a bridge between external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage vendor setup, test management, sample management, and photo assets.
• Provide monthly reporting on product performance and vendor performance.
• Identify and mitigate business risks and inform stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Handle vendor chargebacks and QC performance with internal/external partners.
• Support product development workflow through all stages in Logility.
