Salute is seeking a Vendor Coordinator to manage vendor onboarding, compliance, and contract processes for hyperscale client relationships. This remote US role requires strong contract knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail.

You will support budgeting, tracking PO activity, and alignment of MSAs and SOWs with customer scopes, while ensuring timely delivery and quality services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, DocuSign, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate vendor onboarding, including contract setup and compliance documentation.
• Track requests and manage vendor records and invoicing activity.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and finance to align MSAs, SOWs, and timelines.
• Review contracts, redlines, and negotiations; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide vendor relationship support and ensure data integrity in systems.
