Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Senior Vendor Receivables Analyst to drive vendor income reconciliation and process improvements. You will collaborate with Finance Leadership, Marketing, and Procurement to ensure accuracy in financial records and enhance reporting capabilities.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with SAP. This hybrid position offers 4 days in office and 1 day remote, with opportunities to influence cross-functional processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel for analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive vendor income reconciliation and continuous process improvements.
• Handle complex disputes and reconcile vendor accounts; analyze transactions.
• Lead vendor payment reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
• Support the Vendor Receivables Supervisor with initiatives and reporting.
