Job summary

You will collaborate with sales, IS, and finance, maintain relationships with customers and vendors, and lead meetings to discuss pricing, inventory KPIs, and savings initiatives; travel may be required for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in sales analytics and support.
• Experience delivering presentations to varied audience levels inside and outside of the organization.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement.
• Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community and with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and develop relationships with the customer, sales teams, and vendor community. Lead/participate in various meetings on behalf of customer (ex. value analysis committee).
• Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing and terms. Present findings to key contacts in the customer’s procurement team.
• Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of the overall pricing and inventory KPIs.
• Support sales team by managing contract terms, assisting with brand conversions, and tracking all savings and projects.
• Review pricing to determine and identify discrepancies. Ensure new pricing rules are reviewed and approved by respective sales teams.
• Provide issue resolution in areas such as inventory surplus, backorders, and outstanding invoices; initiate and partner with internal teams.
• Host weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure systems provide accurate and timely data.
• Working on site of the dedicated account for the second half of your shift.
