Responsibilities

• Leads a team of 3-5 direct reports reviewing vendor compliance data and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Regularly meets with vendors and buyers to improve vendor performance and share results.
• Coaches team to enhance communication and presentations with vendors and merchants.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with vendors and cross-functional partners to address issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Develops and implements research strategies to identify root causes of vendor issues and actionable improvements.
