Google in Boulder, CO is looking for a Vendor Manager on the gUP Operations team. You will manage a global portfolio of vendors to support scaling efforts across cross-functional groups for new products and services, using project and vendor management skills to improve workflows.
You will lead continuous improvements of business processes, review vendor performance (SLA, MBRs, QBRs) and collaborate with multiple teams to forecast volume changes and capacity planning.
As part the Vendor Manager for the gUP Operations team, you will manage a team of vendors (suppliers) based across the globe that support scaling efforts with a variety of cross-functional teams for a host of exciting new products/service offerings from Google. You will use project and vendor management skills to recommend solutions that will help improve evolving workflows and prepare them for scaling. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of vendor workflows that support process excellence, contribute to the long-term operational strategy and support model, and continuous improvements of business processes.
