What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly file transmissions to and from vendors
- Track vendor performance metrics and document operational processes
- Develop strategies to streamline file transfer and reconciliation for each vendor
- Maintain communication logs and participate in regular check-ins with vendors and stakeholders
- Perform detailed reconciliation of vendor inventory files against RCM systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or vendor management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track issues and follow through to resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing requests in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with managing projects involving third-party vendors
